I believe it was branded as "Haraju-Cute" in line with Harajuku.

Credits to Wikipedia, it is an amazing tool for any netizens who wants to know what is Harajuku

Harajuku (原宿 "meadow lodging") is the common name for the area around Harajuku Station on the Yamanote Line in the Shibuya ward of Tokyo, Japan.
Every Sunday, young people dressed in a variety of styles including gothic lolita, visual kei, and decora, as well as cosplayers spend the day in Harajuku socializing.
The fashion styles of these youths rarely conform to one particular style and are usually a mesh of many. Think variety to achieve all sorts of Japanese-inspired styles.
1) Harajuku is also a fashion capital of the world, renowned for its unique street fashion.
2) Harajuku street style is promoted in Japanese and international publications such as Kera, Tune, Gothic & Lolita Bible and Fruits.

Harajuku Fashion Style (which I googled online for sharing) which I think resemble the cosmetics for encompassing a wide range of Japanese trends from the popular Kawaii expression, avant garde look or even cosplay-influenced make up.

Personally, I loved everything about their eye make-up though I am considered an amatuer when it comes to dolling up my eyes. I am a fan of eye make up though I am learning new application methods everytime I attended a make up or grooming course.

For liquid eyeliner, I simply adore AVANCE liquid eyeliner as it is easy to use and comes out in a smooth, thin line on my lids. It comes with a 0.1mm brush tip. It is perfect for creating a subtle and classic look especially for days I need to look professional. I must say it is comparable to the Ettusais liquid eyeliner I am using except it is at a more affordable price of $22.90.

For a more dramatic look, I tried the creamy pencil eyeliner from The Rose of Versailles and it emphasises the big eye look due to its rich colour. This is also good for filling up the gaps between eyelashes as compared to liquid eye liner. Perhaps due to the fact, I am not very steady with my fingers.

I followed up with BONAVOCE Ultra Volume Mascara to thicken and create volume for my naturally straight lashes to enhance my big eyes look. Thes best part about it is that it maximizes without the inconvenience of removing it with a hassle. It allows you to wash off after a long day at day with just warm water. I just love how easy this gets as I do not want to look beautiful and end up with wrinkles at an earlier age due to constant cleansing and pulling movements at my eyes area.

Last but not least, I topped it up with Brigitte Romantic Eyelash (Sweet No 2 - Top only) and I am done.
